Why do oyibo people get easily excitable?

A woman walking naked along a California freeway happens to be news? News enough that a major network like ABC will give it air time?

Damn! I see stark naked people patrolling the streets every single day in Lagos. Men O! Women O! Big boobs, flat boobs, big pricks, small pricks -all are dangled freely along major routes in Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, etc. No one bats an eyelid. It's normal.

Everybody understands and moves over to the other side of the road because we know say na craze dey worry dem. But we don't root our cell phones and start filming them that's a breach of a person's right to craze. We don't ogle at them (speaking for myself here), we continue along with our business.

They really need to get a life, these oyibo people.
